Self Defense DVD
If you are NOT planning to start training some sort of martial art in a school, but realy want to learn some simple self defense technics. Then we strongly recommend that you buy those martial art DVD's because they can teach you a lot, probably not as much as you would of learned in a karate place with an instructor for 100-200$ per month, but for 20-30$ those DVD's will help you win a fight.
we have bought allot of those Martial arts DVD's and let us tell you that many of them are pretty much fake, they teach you nothing about how to win a street fight. Most of them simply advices on how to avoid fights or simple stuff that is all offered on the internet for free. However some of them might be pretty educative, we personally found a DVD on the internet and actually took the risk and bought it. and let me tell you it was probably the best DVD Guide.
So if you want to buy a martial art DVD, and not just waste your money, we personally recommend this one, it teaches you how to box and it is very effective on the streets.
