Here, we have instruction on how using nunchaku (both single and double nunchaku)
Metal and Wooden Nunchaku are ILLEGAL in Many Countries

U.S (California, New York accept in martial art schools)
England (Illegal to carry but not to practice)
France
Australia
Please check for all other country's.
if you want to practice nunchaku and you live in those country's then buy foam nunchaku's.
and only use them at home or a dojo.
Why are wooden/metal Nunchaku Illegal???
Nunchaku are considered to be illegal in many country's (not all) due to many factors, the first and main one is that wooden or even metal nunchaku are a very power full weapon when used by a professional master. although most of you might think it is much easier to use a knife for protection, and its legal to own a knife but not a nunchaku. Second big reason is that not many people know how to us them an can hurt them self's badly. You won't be able to find allot of information on legality of nunchaku and that's just the way it is.

Usually Nunchaku are made of two pieces of wood, metal or plastic joined together with rope or a chain.

Single nunchaku are usually used by beginners in order to get comfortable with nunchaku
Double Nunchaku:
Double nunchaku are practiced by professionals that know how to use one pair very good, if you want to learn how to use nunchaku, then you have couple of choices first is buy a DVD that teaches basic stuff on nunchaku's or you can go to a martial art place that offers lessons on using nunchaku's.
